Prof. Andreas Steyer will resign from the Executive Board of DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG (ISIN: DE000A0XFSF0) effective June 30, 2017 to pursue new professional challenges. Andreas Steyer has been a member of the Executive Board of DEMIRE and predecessor company MAGNAT Real Estate since March 2013 and has been the Speaker of the Executive Board (CEO) of the company since May 16, 2013. His Executive Board contract, which runs until March 31, 2019, will be terminated prematurely by best mutual amicable agreement with the Supervisory Board. Executive Board member Mr Markus Drews will become the Executive Board spokesman (CEO) as of July 1, 2017. As of July 1, 2017 the Executive Board of the company will consist of Mr Markus Drews (CEO) and Mr Ralf Kind (CFO).
