Announcement pursuant to Section 26 (1) of the German Securities Trading
Act (WpHG)

Notification according to Section 27a WpHG

Frankfurt/Main, April 11, 2013

On April 10, 2013 and in accordance with Section 27a WpHG, DeGeLog Deutsche
Gewerbe-Logistik Holding GmbH (formally: Brillant 1572 GmbH), Berlin,
Germany notified us of the following:

1. The aim of the investment is the generation of profit. 

2. DeGeLog Deutsche Gewerbe-Logistik Holding GmbH currently has no concrete
plans to acquire further voting rights of MAGNAT Real Estate AG by means of
acquisition or otherwise within the next twelve months. The attainment of
further voting rights within the next twelve months is possible however if
an appropriate opportunity presents itself.

3. Whether influence should be exerted on the appointment or removal of
members of the administrative, managing, and supervisory bodies of MAGNAT
Real Estate AG will be decided case by case.

4. DeGeLog Deutsche Gewerbe-Logistik Holding GmbH does not intend to
achieve a material change in the capital structure of MAGNAT Real Estate
AG, in particular not with regard to the ratio of equity and debt financing
or dividend policy.

5. With regard to the source of the funds used for the acquisition of the
voting rights, the acquisition was financed using 100% own resources.
