shares its Voting Rights on MAGNAT Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on January
13, 2012 and on that day amounted to 4.56% (this corresponds to 633511
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.56% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 633511 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from ATLANTIS Management & Holding GmbH & Co
Vermögensverwaltung V KG.
