On March 12, 2013, Altira Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on MAGNAT Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am
Main, Deutschland, have fallen below the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights
on August 31, 2011 and on that day amounted to 9.97% (this corresponds to
1384957 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.02% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 280356 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
