that via shares its Voting Rights on DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real
Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have fallen below the 20% threshold
of the Voting Rights on May 27, 2015 and on that day amounted to 18.40%
(this corresponds to 4100000 Voting Rights).
