Notification of changes in objectives within the meaning of Section 43 (1) Sentence 1 WpHG

Klaus Wecken, Ferry Wecken and Ina Wecken each notified DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstands Real Estate AG ("DEMIRE AG") on 3 April 2018 (published by DEMIRE AG on 5 April 2018 in each case) of the objectives within the meaning of Section 43 (1) sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) which they and the subsidiaries controlled by Klaus Wecken (together with Klaus Wecken, Ferry Wecken and Ina Wecken the "notifiers") pursue with the voting rights acquired by them.

In section 4. of the respective notifications, the notifiers have stated, among other things, that they do not intend to change the dividend policy of DEMIRE AG. So far, the dividend policy of DEMIRE AG has consisted of retaining profits and not distributing any dividends.

Klaus Wecken herewith gives notice also on behalf of the parties required to give notice pursuant to Section 43 (1) sentence 2 WpHG:

The intentions of the parties required to give notice with regard to the dividend policy of DEMIRE AG have changed. The aim is that DEMIRE AG will pay an appropriate dividend to its shareholders.

Apart from this, the objectives outlined in the respective notifications of April 3, 2018 remain unchanged.
