DEMIRE's Supervisory Board also supports the continuation of Mr. Schaich's position on the Management Board of Fair Value REIT-AG in Munich. DEMIRE recently acquired 77.70 % of the Fair Value REIT's voting rights after the successful acceptance of the takeover offer. As the third Executive Board member of DEMIRE next to Mr. Andreas Steyer and Mr. Markus Drews, Mr. Frank Schaich will assume responsibility for the finance department and for investor relations.
