Schütze have notified the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MAGNAT Real

Estate AG ('MAGNAT', ISIN DE000A0XFSF0) that they will resign from the

office of the Supervisory Board at their own request and for personal

reasons effective March 31, 2013 and will therefore leave the Supervisory

Board.



It is intended to fill the four Supervisory Board positions within a short

period of time.
