Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG ("DEMIRE", ISIN DE000A0XFSF0) resolved
to appoint Dipl.-Kfm. (FH) Markus Drews to the Company's Executive Board
effective as of December 1, 2014. Mr. Drews' appointment to the Executive
Board shall be for a period of three years.
